Registration

Deadline

Each accepted paper must have one of the authors registered by June 12, 2014 (and this registration should not be of the student type). If by that date no author of an accepted conference paper has registered, the paper will not be included in the conference proceedings.
This deadline does not apply to workshop papers.

Fees

The conference and workshop registration fees are as follows. All amounts are in Euros.

Registration A - Conference and Workshops & Tutorials includes: 5 conference and workshop days with coffee-breaks and lunches, welcome cocktail, Conference Tour and Dinner.

Registration B - Conference includes: 3 conference days with coffee-breaks and lunches, welcome cocktail, Conference Tour and Dinner.

Registration C - Workshops & Tutorials includes: 2 workshop days with coffee-breaks and lunches.

Registration D - Student includes: 5 days with coffee-breaks and lunches (conference and workshops).

Accommodation

In the later part of the online registration, you will be able to book your accommodation on one of the suggested hotels.

Invitation Letter

If you need an invitation letter to apply for a visa, please send an email to europar2014-organization@dcc.fc.up.pt. Please note that such a letter can only be issued after your registration has been completed and your payment has been received. When sending your request, please specify your full name, your full address, and the way you want the letter to be transmitted (e.g., regular mail, email, or fax).
